Our History, MOQ, Fabrics and more…
As of 2019, we produce 50 tons of fabric monthly. Our sewing factory in Vietnam produces fabric locally for our internal needs. We cut & sew about 250,000pcs of knitted garments per month.
We have 30 years of experience (our founder started in 1970). Our sewing factory in Vietnam has experienced merchandisers, sewers and management to provide our customers with embellished and fashionable styles for men, women and children.
We are constantly improving our skills from developing yarns, producing fabric, sourcing trims and buying accessories to cut and sew them into knitted garments.
We have three facilities to produce the casual and fashionable cut and sew knitted wear. We are also equipped with 50 flat lock machines in case you need sportswear like football, gym, yoga or cycling apparel. Our sewing factory in Vietnam is comfortable with fashion, function and sports clothing.
Quality is one of our biggest strengths. Our basic quality standard is A.Q.L 2.5/4.0. We have done many orders with A.Q.L 1.5/2.5 or even A.Q.L 1.5/0.
Our regular MOQ is 1,000 pieces per color per style. We can be flexible if you are flexible. We are flexible on this matter because we understand that MOQ has to depend on the requirements of your business as well as the MOQ of yarn and fabric production. If you order a collection of a few styles, we can make 500-1,000 pieces per color per style but we need your support to combine fabric together.

An Important Headline
If you are producing children’s garments it is very important to ensure there are no broken needles left in the garments. This is why we have a metal detector checking machine in our cut and sew clothing factory. Many people don’t know it but sewing needles break during the sewing process. If there is no broken needle inventory system in place then needle fragments are left in the garments. A metal detector checking machine will find the broken fragments for us so we can remove them. Our customers don’t want their garment buyers being injured by sharp metal needles.
It is not so important to have a metal detector for a women jacket factory but it is important for a kid’s factory. Since we produce a lot of children clothing it is imperative that we utilize our metal detector checking machine.
