We can make men, women or children style cut and sew garments using circular knit fabric. Our regular MOQ is 1,000 pieces per color per style.

We are flexible on this matter because we understand that MOQ has to depend on the requirements of your business as well as the MOQ of yarn and fabric production. If you order a collection of a few styles, we can make 500-1,000 pieces per color per style but we need your support to combine fabric together. Our lead time is minimum 75 days.

The owners started his garment factory in 1989 with the original house number of 143/11H, then, used it to register with the government, tax office, customs office, banks. After converting from a CMT garment factory to a full package knitted cut and sew garment company, the owners still would like to keep the original house number in all the documents. That’s why the house number on our name card is 143/11H instead of the above 153.

Our merchandising team and showroom

We are a young, proactive and professional merchandise team.

Most of us in the team started our garment careers from graduation with Thai Son S.P.

Our first full package cut and sew knitwear order was 2003 which is very early for any Vietnam garment factory. We did our first garment factory profile with the guidance of the project from Swedish government. We did our first quotation following instruction from The Vendor Compliance Handbook. There was not any Vietnam garment factory to benchmark before Vietnam joined WTO in 2005.

Since our first full package order, we keep learning from our customers, benchmarking our competitors in Vietnam and other countries, developing during trade shows, and especially from our own mistakes.

Fabric Warehouse

This is our fabric warehouse where we store the “made in Vietnam” circular knit fabric produced by our own team or
bought from China.

The made-in-Vietnam circular knit fabric can be knitted in Vietnam from yarn produced in Vietnam or abroad.

The knitting structures can be Single Jersey, Interlock, Rib, French Terry, Pique, Jacquard, Ponte Roma….

The compositions of made-in-Vietnam circular knit fabric
mostly are cotton, viscose/rayon, polyester rayon, cotton polyester, modal (all can be with or without spandex).

Their weight can vary from 110gsm to 480gsm.

For the fabric that Vietnam can’t produce or price is not
as competitive, we buy from China or Korea. Most of them
would be polyester or polyester spandex, lace….

All the fabric will be randomly inspected 10% each dyeing
lot each color once arriving the fabric warehouse for further necessary actions (if needed). Then, they’ll be inspected
100% before sitting on the trays for relaxing prior to cutting.
All follows 4 point system.

Cutting Tables

After fabric inspection and 48-hour relaxing which is necessary for circular knit fabric, we lay the fabric on the table to be cut. The number of layers can get up to 100 depending on the fabric type. We own 2 garment factories, each has its own cutting room.

Cutting markers are created in the office and sent to each garment factory. Cutting markers will be printed at the garment factory. We use Accunest by Gerber to create the highest possible efficient cutting markers. Cutting markers for stripe fabrics will be created manually on Gerber marking system.

Sewing Lines

We have 15 sewing lines and 2 samples lines.

We don’t provide mass-dormitory for our staff (as China does).

The garment factory in District 9 (Branch 1) is operating mostly with staff from other provinces. We rent nearby. Each Tet, we will go home by the buses arranged by our HR department and also return after Tet the same way. However, quite many of us already made HCMC home by buying houses/apartments nearby the factory. Their kids go to local schools.

The garment factory in Binh Thuan Province (Branch 2) is different. Most of the staff in Branch 2 are local. No worry about renting at all.

Though most of our sewing staff are women, we do have some men. Most men prefer to work in the fabric warehouse or the ironing department. Home made photos of Vietnam garment factory in Ho Chi Minh city.

Ironing and Folding

Ironing is one of the last steps and is important for presentation of your products at the point of sale.

After ironing, the garments will be inspected once more before sending to fold and put into poly bags.

Packing and Metal Detecting

Though there is broken needle monitoring system, metal detector is a must.

Final products before being loaded to the containers to send to you.

**CPTPP: By 2024, the CPTPP has significantly boosted Vietnam’s textile exports to markets like Canada and Mexico, with growth rates exceeding 40% since its implementation. The agreement continues to enhance long-term market potential by encouraging diversification and high-value production.

**EVFTA: Since the EVFTA came into effect in 2020, Vietnam’s textile exports to the EU have risen steadily, reaching €4.1 billion in 2023 and capturing 4.3% of the EU’s non-EU textile imports.
