Since 2011, we have been producing our own fabrics using high-quality yarns such as Cotton, Supima Cotton, Viscose, Spandex, Polyester, Modal, and Bamboo, sourced from India, Korea, China, Indonesia, and Thailand. The fabrics are knitted and dyed in Saigon City before being cut and sewn in our dress factory in Vietnam, allowing us to maintain consistent quality, control costs, and reduce lead times through efficient production management.
Our facility includes 15 sewing lines, 2 sample lines, and QC processes meeting AQL 1.5 standards. With a design team to support new styles and English-speaking merchandisers to ensure smooth communication, we aim to streamline the production process. As a reliable Vietnam clothing manufacturer and Vietnam garment factory, we also assist with sourcing trims and accessories to meet diverse design needs.

We generate results for our customers
Since 2008, we have been producing our own fabric. We import the following yarns from India, Korea, China, Indonesia, Thailand…: Cotton, Supima Cotton, Viscose, Spandex, Polyester, Modal, Bamboo… Our partners in Saigon city knit and dye our fabrics before they are cut and sewn in our dress factory in Vietnam. This allows us to control price and quality as well as reduce our lead-time. We buy yarn in advance, finance it, inspect it and store it in a warehouse so that when your order comes in we can start knitting immediately. This helps us be the best dress factory in Vietnam that we can be.
We have 15 sewing lines and 2 sample lines. We have in-line QC and final QC that meet an AQL 1.5 standard. Our merchandising staff speak English well to facilitate clear communications and reduce any delays from misunderstandings. We have a design team as well to help with developing any new styles you place in our factory. EVFTA Opens New Chapter for Vietnam’s Garment Industry
The EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) marks a turning point for Vietnam’s garment industry and EU buyers, eliminating nearly 99% of customs duties. Starting in 2024, garments made with Vietnamese-origin fabrics will enjoy 0% import tax, and by 2025, all apparel exports will be entirely tax-free. These changes enhance the competitiveness of Vietnam garment factories, offering EU partners significant cost savings and efficient supply chains.
Beyond tariff reductions, the EVFTA simplifies trade processes by removing consular authentication requirements after three years. With a seven-year roadmap for full tariff liberalization, the agreement bolsters Vietnam’s position as a leading Vietnam clothing manufacturer, particularly in textiles and apparel.
