Thai Son S.P is a full-package knit garment manufacturer in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Garment washing is done by washing partners that we select and coordinate, so you place one FOB order with us and receive finished, washed garments.

Washing changes how a knit garment looks and feels. Through our washing partners, we can arrange:

• Enzyme wash: a softer hand feel and a slightly lived-in look, popular for polo shirts and T-shirts.

1. We develop your sample and send it to a washing partner for a wash test.
2. We measure shrinkage after washing and adjust the pattern so final sizes match your spec.
3. Bulk garments are cut and sewn in our factory.
4. Finished garments go to the washing partner for the agreed wash.
5. We inspect the washed garments before packing and shipping FOB Cat Lai.

Washing makes garments softer and more comfortable to wear. It also pre-shrinks the fabric, which keeps measurements stable across all sizes after the end customer washes them at home.

Washing is not risk-free. Depending on the fabric, it can cause color fading, yarn damage or small tears. Needle holes may loosen, and dark dyes, prints, embroidery or threads can bleed onto lighter areas.

This is why we test washes on samples before bulk production. Testing lets us catch problems with fabric, trims or prints early, before they affect your full order.
